Child’s Pose 🙇‍♀️

Child’s Pose is a gentle Yoga pose that stretches the hips, thighs, ankles, and lower back. It helps to calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve concentration. To do this pose, kneel down on the floor, sit back on your heels and stretch your arms forward with your forehead resting on the ground. Hold this pose for a few breaths and let your body relax.

Tree Pose 🌳

Tree Pose is a balancing Yoga pose that strengthens the legs, improves posture, and enhances concentration. It helps to calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote feelings of serenity and groundedness. To do this pose, stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, shift your weight to one foot, bend the other knee and place the foot on the inner thigh of the opposite leg. To do this pose, stand tall with your feet about 3-4 feet apart, turn your right foot out 90 degrees, bend your right knee and extend your arms out to the sides. Gaze over your right fingertips and hold this pose for a few breaths.

Corpse Pose 💀

Corpse Pose is a relaxing Yoga pose that helps to calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote deep relaxation and restful sleep. To do this pose, lie flat on your back, close your eyes, and rest your arms at your sides with your palms facing up. Let your body relax completely, and focus on your breath as you inhale and exhale deeply.
