In some cases, animals are even constrained to restraint devices or head restraints for long periods of time, causing severe psychological distress and discomfort.

Alternatives to animal testing 🌱

Fortunately, alternatives to animal testing are becoming more widely available. Through technology and medical advances, many testing methods are now becoming available that will allow researchers to study the effects of drugs and chemicals without the use of animals.

Some of these methods include the development of cell cultures, tissue cultures, and computer modeling. These technologies provide a more cost-effective, efficient, and humane approach to drug testing.
