So, today, Iโ€™m going to introduce you to some of my favorite goal-setting apps that can help you build better habits and break bad ones.

1. Habitica

Habitica is a gamified habit-building app that makes building better habits fun. ๐ŸŽฎ You can create your own avatar, join groups, and complete tasks while earning rewards for your progress. Whether you want to start journaling, drinking more water, or exercising regularly, Habitica can help keep you accountable and motivated.

2. Loop

If youโ€™re looking for a simple habit-tracking app, Loop is a great choice. ๐Ÿ“Š You can add habits and choose to track them daily, weekly, or even monthly. You can also customize the habitโ€™s title, track the habitโ€™s progress, and receive reminders to complete your habits.
