This could be your desk, a corner of a room, or even your bed. 🛏️ Whatever it is, make sure it’s clean, clutter-free, and has everything you need to stay focused.

Next, organize your digital files into folders on your computer or in your Google Drive. This way, you won’t waste time searching for that one file you need. 🗂️ And finally, use a planner or a to-do list to keep track of your assignments, deadlines, and schedule. This will help you stay on top of your work and avoid procrastination. 📅

Take Breaks and Move Your Body 🏃

Sitting in front of your computer all day can take a toll on your mental and physical health. That’s why it’s important to take breaks and move your body throughout the day. Take a walk outside, do some stretching exercises, or even dance to your favorite song. 🎵 It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you’re taking a break from your screen and moving your body.

Additionally, make sure to take regular screen breaks to give your eyes a rest. The 20-20-20 rule is a great way to do this - look away from your screen every 20 minutes and focus on something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. 👀
