How to Practice Mindfulness
There are many ways to practice mindfulness, but here are a few of my favorites:

Mindful Walking 🚶🏽♀️
Mindful walking is another great way to practice mindfulness. Go for a walk and focus on the sensations in your feet as they touch the ground. Notice the sights, sounds, and smells around you. Pay attention to your breath and let your mind wander.
Mindful Eating 🍽️
Mindful eating is the practice of being present and fully engaged while eating. Take the time to savor each bite and really taste the flavors. Notice the texture and temperature of the food. Eat slowly and with intention.

Self-care is the practice of taking care of yourself. It’s all about doing things that make you feel good and help you recharge. Self-care can include anything from taking a bubble bath to going for a run or even just getting enough sleep.
How to Practice Self-Care
Here are a few simple ways to practice self-care:
Get Enough Sleep 😴
Getting enough sleep is crucial for your mental health. Make sure to prioritize sleep and create a relaxing bedtime routine. Turn off all electronics at least an hour before bed and try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.
Eat Well 🥦
Eating a healthy and balanced diet is also important for self-care. Make sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains. Avoid processed foods and sugary snacks that can lead to crashes and mood swings.
Move Your Body 🏃🏽♀️
